I found this cute Jessica Simpson bag at Marshalls. I think this bag was intended to be used as a small luggage tote (click here to view the collection), but I thought it was so cute as a large handbag! Besides, I love big bags! It is so large and roomy I have enough space to store all of my junk!
So...Is it Filthy or Chic?

It's chic, but should a short woman carry a big bag? I'm 5'1.
I think it is perfectly fine for shorter women to carry larger statement handbags. My only advice would be that if the bag has a busy print like the one I purchased, then I would make that my statement piece. Pair loud prints with solid items. Hope this helps!
I think the bag is very chic. I think it would be very lovely with jeans and a white shirt. Makes me want to go shopping at Marshall's.
Im not a fan of anything red white n blue as far as purses because you can only car them with certain things. I usually buy black lol.
